Telesales Representative (Advertising)

Our client, the largest regional publisher of magazines in the UK are currently enjoying continued growth and as a result are seeking to appoint additional advertising telesales representatives at their offices in South Devon.   

This is a great opportunity for anyone with a consistent track record of stable employment within a telesales/office based sales role where targets have been regularly achieved/exceeded. Applications will also be considered from anyone living within the relevant catchment (South Devon) area who has enjoyed success in field sales but would now genuinely prefer an office based sales role.  

The successful applicant will be responsible for their own geographical territory, maintaining the existing client base and converting irregular business into regular series advertising. The ultimate challenge is to convert all potential customers to using the magazine/publication as part of their advertising solution.  

You will be encouraged to contribute to regular team meetings with ideas and suggestions on how to increase business generation within your assigned area.  In addition to a good sales-track record, the successful applicant will have a good standard education combined with excellent customer-service and keyboard skills.  

In return, this company offers a competitive basic salary + commission (First year OTE £23k) which is uncapped.
