Our client, an award winning Westcountry company is now seeking the key appointment of an experienced recruitment professional who will be instrumental in the growth of their franchise business model through attracting and recruiting the best franchisees in the UK!

You will be an intellectual, highly motivated and crucially ‘creative’ professional with a strong/successful recruitment background yet able to adapt to a new challenge that is very much ‘non agency’.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment process – taking real ownership of all aspects to include: creating recruitment campaigns, carrying out interviews through to finally confirming the franchise sale for all new territories.

Critically, we are seeking someone who will be creative in generating leads by not only using all the normal recruitment methods such as website, press, open days but will also find new and innovative ways to attract interest from the right people in areas that may not be immediately obvious. Some experience of Marketing, advertising and PR is therefore also important to this role.

Coupled with this there is the need to be an excellent interviewer and strong judge of character with the ability to pick out the ‘star’ candidates to take forward.

Splitting your time between two days ‘on the road’ around the UK and remaining time working at the company’s head office in South Devon, your time management skills must be truly first rate.
