(Midlands) Sales Representatives (new business)

Location: Bristol

Salary: £18-£20k basic salary + car/allowance, OTE £30k uncapped first year

Our client, a business-services provider established for over twenty years and with more than one hundred branches globally is currently seeking the appointment of three sales representatives to cover the Midlands area.  

Applicants will reside ‘on patch’ within 30 minutes of the territory and the key territories to be covered are:- 

 - Telford/Shrewsbury (Wolverhampton/Dudley considered)

 - Stoke and Stafford

 - Coventry & Solihull  

The primary focus will be firmly upon new business development, adhering to a set sales model and working to meet KPIs which have been formulated to deliver success. We invite applications from individuals residing in any of the above areas who are committed to a long-term sales appointment and keen to progress whilst enjoying uncapped earnings potential.  

You will be entirely responsible for selling the company service to an entirely diverse range of businesses spanning public/private type, industry and commerce. Developing the specified territory by identifying and targeting prospects through cold-calling, tele-prospecting, and direct mail campaigns, there will also be an element of account-management for those new clients you secure.

Make no mistake - your success will ultimately be measured by the amount of new client accounts you ‘open’ each month.  Applicants MUST therefore have a minimum of eighteen-months B2B field sales/ new business experience and naturally, the successful applicant will be highly driven, have an excellent recent track record of developing business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.  

In return, this company offers an excellent package including a competitive basic salary (up to £20k), commission (OTE £30k first year) and a company car (Audi A3) or car-allowance equating to £400 per month. In addition, the company guarantees bonus/commission earnings for the first 6 months whilst you are building your pipeline. This will pay a gross £500 per month for the first 6-months until the full commission earnings kick in. The successful applicant will also benefit from a structured 4-week training program to give them every chance of immediate success.
