How it works
Sellers register online stating their skills, experience, availability, location where they want to work and the pay rates required.
Buyers search online for the people (Sellers) with the skills and availability to match their needs. When they find someone that matches, they are sent an offer by text and email. If the offer is accepted details of the job, who to report to and where to go, plus directions are sent and confirmed, again by text and email.
At the end of the job, the hours worked are confirmed on an online timesheet and the system automatically generates a BACs wages payment for the Seller and an invoice for the Buyer.
We handle all payroll, worker ID, vetting and compliance related issues and act as the employer - just like when you work with a recruitment agency. But this is cheaper, quicker and easier, and available 24/7/365.
