How it works
Workers register online stating their skills, experience, availability, location where they want to work and the pay rates required. All workers are approved and vetted by Edge Recruits before going live on the database. After each period of work, their grade and status is updated in line with their performance.
Employers search online for people who match their their requirements. Once selected, workers are offered work by text an email through the system. If the offer is accepted, the worker receives briefing by text and email. At the end of the week, an online timesheet is authorised by the employer which generates a BACS payment for the worker and and invoice for the employer.
