Exeter University - Shell Step
The Shell Step programme is a national project based placement scheme run by the University of Exeter in the South West for second or penultimate year student placements during the summer vacation. Students work on specific projects which will make a difference for their host organisation and are paid a training allowance fortnightly which is free of tax and NI deductions. The experience is intended to enhance a student’s CV and lead to higher employability once they have graduated.
