The way we do many things has changed massively in just a few years driven by the web and the ever present need to reduce costs - whether it's the way we shop, buy music, book a flight or find that special place to stay. Even job hunting has changed with job boards becoming ever more powerful and effective. But recruitment agencies haven't changed much - until now.
Recruitment agencies still have a major role to play but like all sectors of industry we have to move with the times and strive to continually improve what we do and how we do it. We know you don't like traipsing round agencies, filling in lengthy forms and being told "we'll call you when something suitable crops up" - which often doesn't. This is not an indictment on the agency it's just that as one of many agencies in the City they just don't happen to have anything for you at that time.
And this is where traditional agencies struggle. In any one City there are a large number of agencies all of which might have just a few jobs that may suit you. As a job seeker you really need to access all of these but its impracticable to register with more than a few agencies at best. So what do you do?
Spend a lot of time walking round the City registering in agencies, a lot of time on line registering on job boards and a lot of time answering ads in the press. Often with disappointing results. Which is a pain.
We can't take all the pain away and we can't claim to have more jobs or better jobs than other agencies but we will make the process of job hunting easier, quicker and less of a chore and help you find what you are looking for by providing guidance on the best places to look.
